Comsteria is here to help your organisation communicate more effectively.
It's always disappointing when good organisations come across as
cold and uncaring when they issue statements relating to historical
allegations. I understand why it happens - your staff member is
innocent until proven guilty and you've got HR and legal telling
you to say as little as possible and let procedures and systems
kick in.
This isn't what the public want to hear. And it's a huge missed
opportunity to let people see the caring organisation you are, to
demonstrate good leadership, and most importantly, to ensure people
who've had a bad experience of your organisation hear your words
and feel valued.
So how do you do it? A few thoughts from Colin in this podcast.
