innocent until proven guilty and you've got HR and legal telling
you to say as little as possible and let procedures and systems
This isn't what the public want to hear. And it's a huge missed opportunity to let people see the caring organisation you are, to demonstrate good leadership, and most importantly, to ensure people who've had a bad experience of your organisation hear your words and feel valued.
